Fabrication
Our fabrication team offer fully coded welding services using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and form part of the wider manufacturing group within Feritech Global that have provided engineering solutions both locally and globally for over 10 years exporting to over 40 countries.
We provide professional turnkey solutions to our customers specialising in fabrication for the Offshore, Marine and Renewable Sectors, but we also serve many other markets both local and national.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Cornwall has 2 separate workshops, the ferrous workshop routinely handle fabrication projects in mild steel, and in the clean workshop, stainless steel, super duplex and aluminium. We are also able to work with other specialist materials as required.
Fabrication projects range from a few kilos in weight to over a hundred tons, couple this capability with our range of other services such as machining and you have a comprehensive multidisciplinary production solution for your requirments.

Quality Assurance
We carry out a variety of comprehensive weld testing on all our completed fabrications, this can be dictated by the relevant standard or by our customers’ requirements, these include:
- Visual Inspections
- MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection)
- DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection)
- Ultrasonic Testing
